We all know that getting to know students is important at the start of the school year. But, don’t worry. This digital Back to School Student Survey will help.
It is perfect for the start of the school year. Students answer 12 questions on a Google Form to introduce themselves to their new teacher. This resource can be used for distance learning and in the classroom.
This resource also includes another Google Form that can be used as an end of year reflection. It offers an easy way to see how your students felt about the school year. Students will answer 10 questions about the school year.
