Keeping track of students is a full-time job! Bathroom breaks, trips to the nurse, and/or visits to other teachers happen all day long. This sign out sheet will make it easy to know exactly where your students are during the day.
There is an added benefit to this sign out sheet – practice telling time. Students write the time when they leave and reenter the room.
This resource also includes a Homework Check Sheet. Choose a student in each group to collect assignments in the morning and check off whether they were completed. Use the ready-to-print version or edit the number of students in each group with the digital file.
