“Keep track of your books digitally!
Keeping track of classroom books can be a full-time job! Use this Google Forms Book Check-Out system to make it easier. Simply share the link to the form with your students. Students fill out the information and it will be neatly organized into an Excel file.
Students fill out:
•First Name
•Last Name
•Date
•Make a Choice (check-out a book, return a book, or abandon a book)
•Title
•Author
•Basket Number – This is specific to my classroom. The basket number makes it easier for the books to be put away. This question can be deleted.
