Writing responses with text evidence can be a difficult skill for students to master. Students need practice with a strategy that works. Help them to extend their written responses with the RACES or RACER strategy. The strategy has been around for a long time because it works! This resource includes four nonfiction passages to use when introducing or practicing the strategy.
This resource includes BOTH printable and digital files. The digital files use Google Slides and Google Forms. The articles and questions are the same in both versions.
