This digital writing project bundle uses Google Slides™ and is a great way for students to practice both writing and typing. The bundle includes seven projects. Four out of the 7 projects are holiday related.
Here’s how it works:
➜Students type and/or add pictures directly to each slide.
➜Writing projects can be shared digitally or printed.
➜Can be used with Google Classroom!
Ways to use this resource:
➜ Use this resource as a literacy center.
➜Assign it as classwork.
➜Can be used as a homework assignment.
This resource is aligned to the following standards:
ELA-Literacy.W.5.1
Write opinion pieces on topics or texts, supporting a point of view with reasons and information.
ELA-LITERACY.W.5.2
Write informative/explanatory texts to examine a topic and convey ideas and information clearly.
ELA-LITERACY.W.5.6
With some guidance and support from adults, use technology, including the Internet, to produce and publish writing as well as to interact and collaborate with others; demonstrate sufficient command of keyboarding skills to type a minimum of two pages in a single sitting.
